FMC, Inc. is a small, hard-working & trust-worthy construction consulting firm based in Pennsylvania. With over twenty years of experience in project management, our approach to success is direct. We offer our clients a full package - large scale solutions, great communication, and project managers with extensive experience.    

FMC, Inc. has managed the construction of healthcare, higher education, retail fit-outs, and major commercial office complexes.  Working both locally and nationally, we have served as owner’s representatives and construction managers for commercial and institutional clients.  FMC, Inc. brings to the table past experience in overseeing all phases of construction including but not limited to ground breaking through retention invoicing. Projects are completed successfully,  on time, and within budget, while maintaining compliance to building codes and tenant objectives.

• Preparing bid lists prior to solicitation
• Reviewing scope of work with subcontractors to maximize efficiency and prevent duplication of work between trades
• Preparing all construction contracts and filing of legal documents in accordance with the accepted standards and practices
• Obtaining building permits
• Coordinating schedules and conducting project meetings
• Scheduling work with building management personnel, material suppliers, subcontractors and designated representatives
• Preparing tenant construction budgets, tenant billing, and collections of final billing
• Preparing requisitions from subcontractors for progress payments
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices and processingof payments

FMC, Inc. and its principals have been providing project and construction management consulting services since 1995.  We have worked in higher education, retail, commercial, and not-for-profit arenas both locally and nationally.  

Principals of the firm have been directly responsible for projects ranging from the complete renovation of five star resorts to Owner’s Representation and Project and Construction Management of higher education facilities, major office complexes, and retail fit-outs. Unlike many other construction management, project management, or owner’s representation companies, FMC, Inc. is not a contractor.  We are a non-biased, vendor neutral construction project management company that focuses on reducing risk for our clients. We approach our projects with the Owner’s interest in mind, thinking like an Owner while managing your project with a non-adversarial, non-biased, vendor neutral approach.
